Ayla played Halina et al in the regional production of Indecent by Paula Vogel, directed by Hannah Wolf at Perseverance Theatre in February and March 2024 in Juneau and Anchorage, Alaska. The experience of performing in the beautiful native Alaskan lands was extraordinary, sharing stories and themes of love, Jewish and lgbtq rights, immigration, artistic expression, theatre and more.

Ayla was invited to play Tanya in the sold out extension of A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Divorce for three shows Oct 30, Nov 5, and Nov 13 at New Collective Theatre - 6440 Santa Monica Blvd. Hollywood. In this well-received comedy, three couples get into each other's business in the waiting room, while waiting for the mediator to arrive so they can carry out their divorce. Written by Jeff Gould, Directed by Marc Antonio Pritchett.

A Black and White Cookie by Greg Morgenstein, Directed by Morry Schorr launched May 1st, recorded in April. The show is about a comedic, relevant full length play about a quirky paranoid Jewish homeless man Albie (Morry Schorr) and a stubborn black news stand owner Harold (LeJon Stewart) who become friends while fighting gentrification in the aftermath of the pandemic. Ayla plays Harold's concerned niece, Carol Wilson.
